WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Ralph Moore to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 435 HERSCHEL STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal to be out of the Fire Certificate of Occupancy Program and grant until May 9, 2014 to come into compliance with the items on the Correction Notice. If owner wishes to be out of the Fire C of O Program, he may provide proof that his son, per document, is part owner of the property; however, the exterior repairs would still need to be in compliance grant the appeal to be out of the Fire Certificate of Occupancy Program as proof of son's part ownership has been provided; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
