WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Mike Taff to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 986 BEECH STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to June 1, 2017 for compliance of the lower unit front bedroom window by 1) removing all the glass windows from the enclosed porch; 2) stop using the room as a bedroom; or 3) install another window on the side which goes directly outside; and DSI has withdrawn #1 as there are now hinges on the bar windows; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
