Purpose of Appeal: Tenant is worried about her family being homeless. They have the dog license and most to the repairs are done. Please grant appeal so the family has a home. The owner came by and is willing to get work. He did not know about repairs.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Daniel Curuz, Tenant, to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1129 BEECH STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until November 26, 2019 to be released from the Vacant Building Program if the Fire Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) is reinstated; if the Fire C of O is not reinstated, the property must be vacated by January 1, 2020; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
