Changing the rate of pay for the Animal Services Officer I-III series to Grades 030, 034, 037, respectively.

WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted an audit of the animal control function within the Department of Safety and Inspections and it was determined that the Animal Services Officer series should be upgraded; and
WHEREAS, the results of the job audit instruct that the rate of pay for the classification of Animal Services Officer I be changed from the rate set forth in Grade 028 to the rate set forth in Grade 030, Animal Services Officer II be changed from the rate set forth in Grade 032 to the rate set forth in Grade 034, and Animal Services Officer III be changed from the rate set forth in Grade 035 to the rate set forth in Grade 037, of Employee Group 01, AFSCME Clerical now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rates of pay for the Animal Services Officer I-III series be changed to the rate set forth in Grade 030 for Animal Services Officer I, Grade 034 for Animal Services Officer II, and Grade 037 for Animal Services Officer III, of EG 01, AFSCME Clerical. This classification and rate of pay to become effective on the first full pay period following passage and approval of this resolution
