Purpose of Appeal: Due to economic hardship I am unable to maintain this property. I tried to sell it last year. This year i have pursued a "Short sale" and currently we have one offer. We are waiting for a closing date. The rental income do not cover the mortgage and i have spent alot of my personal savings just paying the mortgage. It is my hope that the new owner will be able to maintain the property as it should be.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Doug Kleemeier to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 1360 SELBY AVEUNE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until December 1, 2015 for replacement of the missing piece of siding and June 1, 2016 for the painting and roof to come into compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
