Purpose of Appeal: House was transferred to a trust after Wallace passed away. She has always lived there. The house is held in the trust which Claris is the beneficiancy of. The address [where notices are sent] was changed to reflect where the trust is held. Clare has never moved out & still occupies the home.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Angie Mulvaney, Fiduciary Foundation LLC, on behalf of Wallace W. Ginkel Trust, to a Provisional Fire Certificate of Occupancy Renewal Invoice at 1415 MECHANIC AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal allowing the property to be released from the Fire Certificate of Occupancy Program; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
