Body

WHEREAS on January 12, 2022, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council Files RLH AR 21-90, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up service during June 15 to 30, 2021. (File No. J2202A, Assessment No. 228501)

WHEREAS, the property at 1399 Thomas Avenue, being described as: Syndicate No. 5 Addition Lot 16 Blk 14, with the property identification number 34-29-23-21-0105 was assessed an amount of $322; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended reducing the assessment from $322 to $161 and payable over 2 years, if there is no same or similar violation by August 24, 2022.  If same or similar violation, will ratified and payable over 4 years; Now, Therefore Be It,

RESOLVED, that Council Files RLH AR 21-90 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
