Body

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH AR 21-90  on January 12, 2022 approving the assessment of $322.00 at 1399 Thomas Avenue, as no one was appealing the fee; and

WHEREAS, Carolina Sanchez contacted Council office to review this matter as she indicated it was cleaned up and she did not receive notices; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on February 1, 2022 to review this matter; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer.
