Title

Review of Appeal for ordering the rehabilitation or razing and removal of the structures at 118 MANITOBA AVENUE within fifteen (15) days after the March 18, 2026, City Council Public Hearing. 

 

Body

WHEREAS, on May 6, 2026, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH RR 26-3, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to the ordering the rehabilitation or razing and removal of the structures at 118 MANITOBA AVENUE within one hundred 180 days after the May 6, 2026, City Council Public Hearing; and

 

WHEREAS, the new purchaser is requesting additional extension for the compliance with the rehabilitation; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer will review this on September 15, 2026 Legislative Hearing for Council reconsideration of extension; Now Therefore, Be It,

 

RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby forthcoming, under new resolution.
