WHEREAS on May 26, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RLH AR 21-37, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during October to December 2020. (File No. CG2101A1, Assessment No. 210100)

WHEREAS, the property at 667 Laurel Avenue, being described as: Holcombe’s Addition to Saint Paul E 1/2 of Lot 19 and W 16 Ft of Lot 20, Blk 8, with the property identification number 02-28-23-11-0273 was assessed an amount of $93.07; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended reducing the assessment from $93.07 to $57.60 because property owner has agreed to switch cart to the smallest every other week; Now, Therefore Be It,

RESOLVED, that Council Files RLH AR 21-37 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
