Making finding on the appealed substantial abatement ordered for 1629 HARTFORD AVENUE in Council File RLH RR 21-19.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 21-19 on July 7, 2021 which granted an additional 60 days to September 7, 2021 to repair the structure, correct all of the deficiencies listed in the Order to Abate Nuisance Building and the Code Compliance Report at 1629 Hartford Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on September 14, 2021 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated but will continue the $5,000 performance deposit and grant an additional 30 days to November 15, 2021 for completion of the rehabilitation and will review the execution of the updated plans and financing for the work November 16, 2021 Legislative Hearing to develop a final recommendation for Council consideration on the abatement of the nuisance/dangerous conditions; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer.
