Approving a waiver of the 45-day notice requirement to issue Liquor On Sale 100 seats or less and Liquor On Sale-Sunday licenses with conditions to Gazta And Enhancements, LLC, d/b/a Gazta And Enhancements, LLC (License ID #20180002846) at 928 - 7th Street West, #106.

WHEREAS, Gazta And Enhancements, LLC d/b/a Gazta And Enhancements, LLC (License ID #20180002846) applied for a Liquor On Sale 100 seats or less and a Liquor On Sale-Sunday license for the premises located at 928 - 7th Street West, #106; and
WHEREAS, the licensee requested a waiver of the 45-day notification waiting period for approval of the above-mentioned licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received a letter from the West 7th/Fort Road Federation in support of a waiver of the 45-day notice requirement and approval of a Liquor On Sale 100 seats or less and a Liquor On Sale-Sunday license; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the waiver of the 45-day notice requirement in order to issue a Liquor On Sale 100 seats or less and a Liquor On Sale-Sunday license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the waiver of the 45-day notice requirement or approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a waiver of the 45-day notice requirement is granted and a Liquor On Sale 100 seats or less and a Liquor On Sale-Sunday license are hereby issued to Gazta And Enhancements, LLC d/b/a Gazta And Enhancements, LLC (License ID #20180002846) for the premises located at 928 - 7th Street West, #106 in Saint Paul with the following conditions:
1. All sales, display and/or consumption of alcohol under this license shall remain within the licensed service area, which is the separately defined indoor seating area and kitchen space supporting this use that shall be compact and contiguous with each other, as shown on the approved floorplan submitted with the lice...
