Approving adverse action against the Auto Repair Garage license held by Jefferson Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Jefferson Auto Repair at 975 Minnehaha Avenue West.

WHEREAS, the Auto Repair Garage license held by Jefferson Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Jefferson Auto Repair (License ID #19990003069) for the premises located at 975 Minnehaha Avenue West in Saint Paul was the subject of a Notice of Violation dated May 14, 2015, stating that during an inspection of the license premises on May 8, 2015, a DSI Inspector documented five (5) license condition violations; and
WHEREAS, per Saint Paul Legislative Code ยง 310.05 (m) (1), the licensing office recommended a $500.00 matrix penalty; and
WHEREAS, the licensee responded to the Notice of Violation, to admit to the facts but contest the $500.00 matrix penalty and request a public hearing which was held on June 17, 2015; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, Jefferson Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Jefferson Auto Repair is hereby ordered to pay a matrix penalty of $500.00 for the five (5) license condition violations documented by a DSI Inspector during an inspection of the licensed premises on May 8, 2015.
