WHEREAS, in the matter of appeal of Lilian A. Hernandez to a Notice of Condemnation as Unfit for Human Habitation & Order to Vacate at 1728 ROSS AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the condition that owner is in compliance by August 1, 2018 and grant appeal to allow for occupancy load of 6 people provided they sleep in legal bedrooms, and allow the fridgerator, sink and cabinet to remain in the basement; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
