Authorizing the Police Department to accept a grant in the amount of $10,000 from the Target Corporation for upgrades to the Homicide Unit, interview room.

Body

WHEREAS, the Police Department was awarded a grant in the amount of $10,000 from Target Corporation; and

WHEREAS, the grant funds will fund the upgrade to the Homicide Unit interview room including the upgrade to cameras and equipment; and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that council accepts this grant agreement and Chief Thomas Smith to implement the grant agreement.
