WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Mike Horsch, JAM Ventures, to a Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice at 145 Belvidere Street East, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal and release the property from the Vacant Building Program, pending as submission of (provisional) Fire Certificate of Occupancy application was submitted to Department of Safety & Inspections on October 18, 2024 by close of business on November 4, 2024; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
