Ratifying the assessments for Collection of Certificate of Occupancy Fees billed from August 29 to September 27, 2012. (File No. CRT1305, Assessment No. 138204)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 13-44 accepted the Report of Completion for Certificate of Occupancy Fees billed during the time period of August 29 to September 27, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on April 3, 2013 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; and
RESOLVED, that pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are herby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 13-137: 1337 Arkwright Street;
RLH TA 13-140: 1646 Concordia Avenue;
RLH TA 13-142: 1924 James Avenue;
RLH TA 13-141: 693 St. Albans Street North
RLH TA 13-144: 1986 Saint Clair Avenue;
RLH TA 13-145: 405 Vance Street; Now, Therefore, Be It; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
