WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Tracy Lowmanstone to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1006 VAN BUREN AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny a variance for the upper bedroom ceiling height and grant an extension to February 1, 2016 to disallow the use of the attic area for sleeping; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
