Purpose of Appeal: I just purchased this property on 5-5-15. Before I closed I checked to make sure it was not on the vacant building list. It was not. The property was occupied until 4 days before I closed. We started working on the property the day we closed. We are working on the property everyday. I hope to have the property ready for a Section 8 inspection within 2 months.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Robert Wilson for Beech Front Properties, LLC to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 684 JESSAMINE AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council apply for a building permit to all the items the Correction Order dated June 16, 2015 and get Fire Certificate of Occupancy re-instated; and change to vacant building category 1; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
