Title
Amending the financing and spending plans in the Fire Department in the amount of $10,000 for the HealthEast Foundation grant.
Body
WHEREAS, the Fire Department has received a grant of $10,000 from the HealthEast Foundation to have the Community Paramedic attend meetings and contribute to the program, and
WHEREAS, the financing and spending plans have not been established for the grant received, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation funds of $10,000 in excess of those estimated in the 2016 budget, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends the following additions be made to the 2016 budget:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council accepts this grant, and hereby approved the changes to the 2016 budget referenced in this resolution, and furthermore authorizes the appropriate city officials to execute and implement the attached grant agreement for the HealthEast Foundation grant.
