Amending Council File RLH AR 18-59 to ratify and reduce the assessment for Vacant Building Registration fees billed during January 10 to April 19, 2018 at 1929 RANDOLPH AVENUE. (File No. VB1813, Assessment No. 188821)

 

Body

WHEREAS on September 19, 2018, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 18-59, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Vacant Building Registration Fees billed during January 10 to April 19, 2018 at 1929 Randolph Avenue. (File No. VB1813, Assessment No. 188821); and

 

WHEREAS, the property at 1929 Randolph Avenue, being described as: Lot 18 Block 2 of KIPP'S MACALESTER PARK, ST. PA W 15 FT OF LOT 19 AND E 3O FT OF LOT 18 BLK 2, with the property identification number 09-28-23-24-0201 was assessed an amount of $2284.00; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends ratifying and reducing the assessment from $2284 to $500 as property owner was in the vacant building program for 4 months; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $2284, plus any accrued interests, be reduced to $500.  Council File No. RLH AR 18-59 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
