Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Service hold extension was not applied to Q1 invoice.

Staff Comments: PO originally called in because her Quarter 1 invoice did not reflect a service hold on the account. City Staff adjusted bill to reflect hold (of Dec 2025 - March 12, 2026). Staff did not realize the hold should have been applied to the entire Quarter 1 2026 invoice. Staff recommend removing assessment.
