WHEREAS on August 7, 2024, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 24-50 to ratify the assessment for Rubbish & Garbage Clean Up services during February 1 to 12, 2024. (File No. J2420R, Assessment No. 248524); and
WHEREAS, the property at 819 Aurora Avenue, being described as: Chute Brothers Division No. 16 Addition to the City of St. Paul, Minn. Lot 26, with the property identification number 35-29-23-42-0026 was assessed an amount of $278; and
WHEREAS, a hearing was conducted on September 17, 2024 under RLH SR 24-134 to review the file and the Legislative Hearing Officer indicated that the items in the order and the items the crew cleaned up were different, and, therefore; no notice was provided that the items which were removed were noticed by the City as subject for nuisance abatement and recommends deletion of the assessment; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the assessment fee of $278, plus any accrued interests, be hereby amended to reflect this change.
