WHEREAS on May 18, 2022, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 22-35 to ratify the assessment for Securing and/or Emergency Boarding during December 2021. (File No. J2208B, Assessment No. 228107); and

 

WHEREAS, the property at 1762 Englewood Avenue, being described as: College Place, West Division Subj to Alley and Ex W 50 Ft Lot 2 and All of Lot 1 Blk 1, with the property identification number 28-29-23-43-0140 was assessed an amount of $727; and

 

WHEREAS, Michael Mortimer was at the June 7, 2022 Legislative Hearing to appeal the Vacant Building Fee and wanted to discuss the boarding situation; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer is willing to review this on July 5, 2022 Legislative Hearing to determine her recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $727, plus any accrued interests, be forthcoming.
