Authorizing the City to renew a license agreement with the State of Minnesota for 14 parking stalls for the Saint Paul Fire Department's Fire Station No. 8, located in the Cedar Street ramp within the Elmer Andersen Human Services Building in Downtown Saint Paul

WHEREAS, on February 1, 2006 the State of Minnesota ("State"), as licensor, entered into a license agreement (the "License", No. LI-136, FS/07) with the City of Saint Paul ("City"), as licensee, on behalf of the Saint Paul Department of Fire and Safety Services ("Fire") for its use of 14 parking stalls in the Cedar Street Ramp located in the Elmer Anderson Human Services building at Minnesota and 11th Streets in Downtown Saint Paul, and associated with Fire's use of Fire Station No. 8, also located in the building; and
WHEREAS, on July 1, 2010 the City and State renewed and amended the License for an additional five years, and now mutually wish to renew the License for an additional five-year term, beginning July 1, 2015 and continuing through June 30, 2020 ("Amendment No. 2"), as documented in Exhibit A attached hereto; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute Amendment No. 2 of said License between the City and State as documented in Exhibit A.
