Purpose of Appeal: My name is Tianna Verdega, Office in charge at Clubhouse Entertainment. We lease suite 202 at 220 S Robert Street, St Paul, MN 55107. We were working on Ste 202 with podcast setup on 2/22/24 over night & using next room which is suite 201 occasionally for assembling furniture etc. Our staff were at the office at that time. Because of this condemnation at Ste 201, our business cannot operate at full capacity including use of kitchen which is shared amenity. Owner is taking care of deficiencies found in the premise.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Tianna Verdega, Tenant dba Clubhouse Entertainment, to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice, including Condemnation at 220 Robert Street South, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation is forthcoming; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
