WHEREAS, Carflip Repair, LLC d/b/a Carflip Repair, LLC (License ID 20220001135) applied for an Auto Repair Garage and a Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle Parts license for the premises located at 1221 Pierce Butler Route in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, on February 28, 2023, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; and
WHEREAS, in response to the February 28, 2023, notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order, the proposed license conditions are reasonable and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, the Auto Repair Garage and a Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle Parts licenses are hereby approved an issued to Carflip Repair, LLC d/b/a Carflip Repair, LLC (License ID 20220001135) for the premises located at 1221 Pierce Butler Route in Saint Paul with the following license conditions:
1. No customer vehicles under the control of the licensee can be parked and or stored in the public right-of-way (e.g., street, alley, sidewalk, boulevard, etc.) This includes vehicles waiting for repairs and vehicles waiting to be picked up by the customer.
2. Business and/or customer vehicles shall not be parked or stored in the public right-of-way (e.g., street, alley, sidewalk, boulevard, etc.)
3. There shall be no exterior storage of vehicle parts, tires, oil or any other materials associated with the business. Trash will be stored in a covered dumpster.
