Title
Appeal of Jeffrey Peterson to a Correction Notice- Complaint Inspection at 1082 JAMES AVENUE.
Date/Time of 1st LH: July 17, 2018 at 1:30
Purpose of Appeal: Habitable areas with 7 foot over ceiling height.
Date of Order(s) Under Appeal: July 3, 2018
Inspector/Key Staff: Leanna Shaff
Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: Peterson told staff that he was informed by DSI that he would not have to change the ceiling if he just did two things. -rrn
I will only be hearing this appeal in the context of granting an extension. I will not make any determination on a variance of ceiling height, but rather refer that to the Building Official. The appellant was sufficiently unclear in filing the appeal that it made sense to schedule the LH. -MM
