Establishing the rate of pay for the new classification of Aquatics and Special Services Program Supervisor in EG 09, SPSO.

 

Body

WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted a study of the Facility/Program Manager position focused on Aquatics and Special Services which is in the Saint Paul Supervisors Organization employee group at grade 13.  The duties continue to align with work in the Saint Paul Supervisors Organization, however, at grade 16.

 

WHEREAS, the results of the study instruct that the rate of pay for a new classification be created and be established at the rate set forth in the Saint Paul Supervisors Organization Salary Schedule, Employee Group 09, at Grade 016; now therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the new classification, Aquatics and Special Services Program Supervisor, be established at the rate set forth in the Saint Paul Supervisors Organization Salary Schedule, Employee Group 09, at Grade 016. This resolution shall take effect and be in force on the first pay period following its passage and approval.
