WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Mike Kelleher to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 2137 WELLESLEY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for 60 days; grant 90 days for the principal violations to be completed (Items 1-5); grant until October 1, 2017 for the other violations to come into compliance (Items 6-10 from the Notice of Condemnation letter dated March 20); placard(s) can be removed from the property and owner can only be at the property from 8 am to 8 pm; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
