Ratifying the assessments for Graffiti Removal Services from March 25 to April 4, 2012. (File No. J1209P, Assessment No. 128408)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-973 accepted the Report of Completion for Graffiti Removal on Private Properties during the time period of March 25 to April 4, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on August 15, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessment is herby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 12-353 - 1910 & 1930 Burns Avenue;
RLH TA 12-366 - 740 Cleveland Avenue South;
RLH TA 12-422 - 745 Margaret Street;
RLH TA 12-392 - 662-670 Snelling Avenue North; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
