Amending Council File RLH AR 12-86 to delete the assessment for Graffiti Removal Services from March 25 to April 4, 2012 at 782 SEVENTH STREET EAST.  (File No. J1209P, Assessment No. 128408)

Body

WHEREAS, on August 15, 2012, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH AR 12-86, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for graffiti removal on private properties from

March 25 to April 4, 2012. (File No. J1209P, Assessment No. 128408); and

WHEREAS, the property at 782 Seventh Street East, being described as:

      KELLER'S SUBDIVISION OF BLK. NO. 11 IN LYMAN DAYTON'S ADDITION TO ST. PAUL EX NWLY 14 FT FOR ST LOTS 1 AND LOT 2 BLK 1;

with the property identification number 32-29-22-11-00749 was assessed an amount of $185.46 for graffiti removal; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as a graffiti waiver was sent in.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus any accrued interest; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Council File #RLH AR 12-86 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
