WHEREAS on July 19, 2023, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RLH AR 23-53, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Excessive Use of Inspection or Abatement services billed during December 23, 2022 to January 19, 2023. (File No. J2309E, Assessment No. 238311)

 

WHEREAS, the property at 399 Blair Avenue, being described as: Johnstone’s Subdivision of Blk 1 of Stinson’s Div. of the NW ¼ of section 36, Town 29, Range 23 Lots 56 & 57 Blk 1 & Vac Alley Adj, with the property identification number 36-29-23-21-0212 was assessed an amount of $159.00; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended ratifying the assessment and payable over 2 years; Now, Therefore Be It,

 

RESOLVED, that Council Files RLH AR 23-53 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
