Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up services during December 3 to 14, 2018. (File No. J1913A, Assessment No. 198512)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 19-132 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period od December 3 to December 14, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on May 1, 2019 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter and Chapter 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 19-143: 615 Capitol Boulevard;
RLH TA 19-175: 287 Clarence Street;
RLH TA 19-127: 1055 Fremont Avenue;
RLH TA 19-142: 1029 Hawthorne Avenue East;
RLH TA 19-173: 468 Herschel Street;
RLH TA 19-165: 1014 Lexington Parkway North;
RLH TA 19-157: 2000 Maryland Avenue East;
RLH TA 19-156: 751 Minnehaha Avenue West;
RLH TA 19-166: 1129 Randolph Avenue;
RLH TA 19-158: 1145 Seventh Street West;
RLH TA 19-144: 653 Western Avenue North; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
