Title

Amending the 2016 financing and spending budgets of the Right of Way fund to accept the Occupational Safety and Health Consulting Unit Grant for two truck mountable changeable message boards.

Body

WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has applied for and received a grant of $8,484.30 from the Occupational Safety and Health Consulting Unit  which has a 50% matching contribution to purchase two truck mountable changeable message boards, and

WHEREAS, the matching fund contribution will be paid from the 2016 budget code 23031501-76805-3123081000-76505, and

WHEREAS, the financing and spending budgets have not been established for the grant received, and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts this grant and approves the changes to the 2016 budget as specified in the attached financial analysis.
