WHEREAS on July 15, 2020, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 20-62, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Fire Certificate of Occupancy Fees billed during October 14 to November 20, 2019. (File No. CRT2008, Assessment No. 208207); and

 

WHEREAS, the property at 58 Lawson Avenue West, being described as: Fawcetts Addition to St. Paul, Minnesota Lot 7 Blk 1, with the property identification number 30-29-22-23-0166 was assessed an amount of $569; and

 

WHEREAS, a Legislative Hearing was held on July 30, 2020 and the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends reducing from $569 to $412 by removing the service charge as a courtesy; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council reduce the assessment of $569, plus any accrued interests to $412.  Council File No. RLH AR 20-62 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
