WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Marvin Hanks II to a Notice of Condemnation Unfit for Human Habitation Order to Vacate at 1282 MINNEHAHA AVENUE WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until September 17, 201 for compliance or the building must be vacated by September 19, 2014 October 1, 2014 and waive the vacant building fee for 90 days ; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
