These windows came with the house when we purchased it in 2006. See attached.
(Appelant says he spent $1,200 on a flue line, but Item 3 reads that the chimney is without one. See attachments to support his appeal.)

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Paul Magelssen to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 1577 HOYT AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 4-inch variance on the egress window opening height for attic bedroom noting that the order regarding the chimney is withdrawn; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
