Ratifying the assessments for Collection of Property Clean Up services during March 14 to 28, 2019. (File No. J1921A, Assessment No. 198550)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 19-696 accepted the Report of Completion for Collection of Property Clean up on Private Properties during March 14 to March 28, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has considered objections of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to their assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on August 7, 2019 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 429 of Minnesota State Statutes and Chapter 60 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 19-474: 535 Asbury Street;
RLH TA 19-473: 263 Aurora Avenue;
RLH TA 19-438: 832 Cook Avenue East;
RLH TA 19-472: 1398 Eleanor Avenue;
RLH TA 19-439: 635 Ivy Avenue East/1321 Payne Avenue;
RLH TA 19-446: 833 Randolph Avenue;
RLH TA 19-479: 1379 Rice Street;
RLH TA 19-467: 1264 Snelling Avenue North;
RLH TA 19-445: 1268 Snelling Avenue North;
RLH TA 19-471: 1274 Snellling Avenue North;
RLH TA 19-456: 1276 Snelling Avenue North;
RLH TA 19-464: 572 Van Buren Avenue; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
