WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 25-55 on October 15, 2025 which granted an extension to November 14, 2025 October 20, December 12 2025 to abate the nuisance conditions (tall, grass & weeds) at 2016 Fremont Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on October 21, 2025 and November 18, 2025, December 16, 2025 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated forthcoming; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and matter resolved forthcoming.
