WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Jerrod MacRunnels to a Vacant Building Registration Fee Warning Letter at 1822 FORD PARKWAY, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council make property a Category 1 Vacant Building and waive the vacant building fee for 90 days to August 21, 2024; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
