WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 23-51 on February 14, 2024 which granted 180 days to repair the structure, correct all of the deficiencies listed in the Order to Abate Nuisance Building and the Code Compliance Report at 1726 Fourth Street East; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on August 13, 2024 and September 10, 2024 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated, but recommends the Council continue the $5,000 performance deposit to January 1, 2025 to complete the rehab as updated work plan was submitted, reviewed and approved forthcoming; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated but will grant to January 1, 2025 to complete the nuisance abatement forthcoming, pending September 10, 2024 Legislative Hearing.
