Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal for Vivian Vaaj to a Vacant Building Registration at 1153 Central Avenue West, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the Vacant Building fee for 90 days to August 24, 2024. If Fire Certificate of Occupancy is reinstated prior to that date, Vacant Building  file will be closed; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
