Title
Appeal of Stephen Buck, for Project for Pride, to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Approval with Corrections at 1068 RAYMOND AVENUE.
Date/Time of 1st LH: February 7, 2017 at 1:30 p.m.
Purpose of Appeal: Windows work fine and we are scheduling all windows to be replaced in buidling in 2017.
Date of Order(s) Under Appeal: December 15, 2016
Inspector/Key Staff: Laura Huseby
Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: Appellant dropped off this appeal while I was filling in for break. He said he called and spoke with somebody, who said it was okay for him to appeal although beyond the 10 day window. I told him I would process it for now, and if it was an issue, he would be contacted. - KF
It looks as if the Fire C of O was issued without this being resolved. We could use pictures or a better description of what's going on with the windows for the hearing. -MM
