Appeal of Brett Ripley to a Correction Notice-Reinspection Complaint at 1685 TAYLOR AVENUE. (Public hearing held November 1)
Date/Time of 1st LH: Tuesday, October 3, 2017, 1:30 p.m.
Purpose of Appeal: (See Application for Appeal and attachments)
Date of Order(s) Under Appeal: September 13, 2017
Inspector/Key Staff: Joe Brown
Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: no photos -rrn Looks like the 4th unit violation was called out in 2012 and the kitchen was ordered removed and AJ Neis abated this violation. Was the kitchen removed and then re-installed or is something else up with this. I will need follow-up on this. Before that, it looks like it was released from the Fire C of O program in 2011 under the previous owner (thorugh the appeals process), but that those conditions changed with the change in ownership and it ended up back in the program in 2012. (Property sale recorded 8-29-12) The 7-29-11 orders to the previous owner also call out the 4th unit and the owner was directed to get approval from zoning if he wanted to continue its use. -MM
