WHEREAS, Luxe Event Planning and Decor LLC d/b/a The Ivory ("Applicant") applied for a Liquor On Sale, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, Liquor On Sale - 2 AM Closing, and Entertainment (B) license (License ID #DSIBLLIQ-000490-2025) for the premises located at 125 9th St. E., Unit #127; and
WHEREAS, on February 25, 2026, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification with a response date of March 12, 2026; and
WHEREAS, on January 13, 2026, the Applicant signed a License Condition Affidavit agreeing to follow all conditions that are in place; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to application for the Liquor On Sale, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, Liquor On Sale - 2 AM Closing, and Entertainment (B) new location license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the application; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor On Sale, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, Liquor On Sale - 2 AM Closing, and Entertainment (B) new location license is hereby approved and issued to Luxe Event Planning and Decor LLC d/b/a The Ivory (License ID #DSIBLLIQ-000490-2025) for the premises located at 125 9th St. E., Unit #127, with the following license conditions:
1. License holder will make every reasonable effort to control noise emanating from the space to ensure compliance with applicable State and Local rules and regulations, including but not limited to Chapter 293 Noise Regulations of the City of Saint Paul Legislative Code.
