Ratifying the assessments for Graffiti Removal Services from March 7 to 24, 2013. (File No. J1309P, Assessment No. 138408)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 13-619 accepted the Report of Completion for Graffiti Removal on Private Properties during the time period of March 7 to March 24, 2013; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on July 24, 2013 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; Now, Therfore, Be It
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 13-371: 627 Livingston Avenue;
RLH TA 13-378: 900 Seventh Street East; And, Be It
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the assessment(s) be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
