Amend the 2019 Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) general fund budget for City Attorney staff support, Citywide
Body
WHEREAS, the Planning and Economic Development Department of the City of Saint Paul (PED) and the HRA, have an increased need for City Attorney staff support related to redevelopment projects, housing and economic development programs, and land use decisions; and
WHEREAS, actual 2019 conduit bond fee revenue is estimated to be more than budgeted and these revenues can fund the additional City Attorney staff support, and
WHEREAS, the 2019 HRA General Fund budget needs to be amended to include additional City Attorney staff and conduit bond fee revenue; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota that the 2019 HRA General Fund budget be amended, as shown in the attached financial analysis; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director and staff of the HRA are authorized and directed to take all actions needed to implement this resolution.
