Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Viviane Vaaj to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 1153 CENTRAL AVENUE WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to February 1, 2024 for compliance with orders, on condition that Unit 1 is not reoccupied until Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated for that unit; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
