Purpose of Appeal
Owner just purchased building and intentions are to clean up. We are requesting more time on:
#9 - new windows have been ordered
#13 - working on repairs but working around tenants and their scheules
We are requesting extension of 90 day to get tis done. All other repirs will meet deadline.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Jeremy Hollingsworth to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 415 FINN STREET NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant until December 1, 2012 for the deficiency list to come into compliance with the exception of Items 9 and 13 which the legislative hearing officer will grant until March 1, 2013 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
